EXE VALLEY SMOKED SALMON 

Raised in the clear, cold ocean waters north of the Kyle of Loch Alsh, these Salmon are rushed to us in the Exe Valley.  We use our own special blend of heartwood oak and hickory to slowly cold-smoke these Salmon to perfection.

KILN ROASTED SMOKED SALMON

Salmon Fillets marinated in sea salt then basted with fine Exmoor honey and mustard whilst gently roasting in a kiln, creating a unique flavour. Thick Cut Slices!

SMOKED SALMON FILLETS

Individually selected Scottish Salmon, filleted, dry cured in sea salt, cold-smoked and then carefully sliced by hand.  Whole sides make a generous gift or an impressive table centre at dinner parties and buffets.  Wonderful as hors d'oeuvres, starters, thin sandwiches, healthy lunches.  Try stirring strips into some warmed double cream or creme fraiche and pour over some fresh, al dente pasta.
